Oktoberfest Beer is the first microbrew in China to bottle, distribute and sell its beer to local shops, bars and restaurants. Located in Pukou on the northern bank of the Yangtze River, and just half an hour’s drive from downtown Nanjing, Oktoberfest Beer is China’s very first Microbrew! Oktoberfest differs from other venues that brew their own beer in that it is the first to bottle, distribute and sell its brew to various locations around Nanjing city. Oktoberfest was founded by Gao Yan upon his return to his hometown after 16 years spent in the U.S.A. during which he spent WAY too much time doing personal investigation and research into the microbrews for which America is so well known!
